Dr. Gupta Hospital

My wife had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. She was prescribed a 7-day course of medication, but within 4 days of taking it, she started experiencing severe dizziness and extremely low blood pressure. When we visited the hospital on the 5th day to report that the medicine was not suiting her, we were surprised to be charged a new consultation fee just to speak to the doctor again. This felt quite unreasonable. What was even more disappointing was that the doctor responded casually, saying it was a common occurrence, without offering any proper explanation or alternative. Later, we visited another hospital where her medication was changed, and she started feeling better almost immediately. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with care, not dismissed casually. I hope the hospital seriously reconsiders how it handles such cases.

Staff is so nice even hospital doctor nice

Keep the pregnant patient seated for one and a half hour and after that the gynaecologist doctor said that she will not check the patient because she is not her patient. If it was so then the doctor and the staff should not have wasted crucial one and a half hour of a pregnant lady. Very shameful for a doctor after taking Hippocratic oath.

Well the staff there is very courteous and very helpful ,however the main lady Doctor there (there is only one main lady doctor ) is bit rigid and I wouldn't say she is arrogant but yes she was bit rough . My wife is pregnant and I admitted her there ,I asked the doctor (main doctor ) if we can do an ultrasound of her just to ensure she is fine however the doctor responded " I am the doctor and let me be the doctor (with heavy voice ) ,ultrasound is not the treatment she added . Well I am very well aware that the ultrasound is not the treatment however I just wanted to ensure that my wife and the child inside is fine . Why in our country 60% of doctors are very polite and at the same time 40% doctors are moderate or either rude( this is my opinion and I respect all doctors ) .I have been living in Middle East for more than 5 years and I have never had an issue or such incident wherein doctor jumps on you to teach you . Overall the staff there is very helpful and very courteous and that made me to visit this place again and again . I do respect all the doctors out there however when it comes to respect its always give and take .Thank you so much to the great team for the excellent job and for taking care of us . Dr. Nidhi is an excellent doctor and very good at understanding your needs and situation. Our complete 9 months journey was with Gupta hospital. Although we ran into some complications at 9th month and had to go for C section, but it was well taken care off. The nurses here are very caring. If only they also had in house pediatrician, this hospital would be a complete package for your pre and post pregnancy journey.
