Dr. Holy Heart Hospital

One of the very bad hospital. We hospitalized a heart patient at 7:30AM morning and they provided Engeography at 12:30 PM. Then wasted a Lot of time during discharge. Please never visit this hospital if you have time. Really very frustrated and Greatest disadvantage very bad staff. Request you never visit.

Very bad experience with hospital.. staff is very bad specially night duty staff.. I suggest never visit here, it's better to visit PGI rohtak or some other hospital .... 1. Staff is very bad 2. No coordination between doctors , one docter is referening to another doctor and so on...

If you have any problem with the hospital, you can directly go to the director Mr. Ankur Batra. He will definitely help you. This is the only hospital where you can meet the director directly. Some people are saying in reviews that Dr. Aditya Batra leaves the patients midway and goes away. He goes only when there is an emergency. Some people are worried about the fees, first this is Private hospital and second visit other hospitals once and then you will know how economical this hospital is. My son was admitted here for treatment of dengue. His treatment was excellent and the cost was very less.

ESI department of your hospital Mr Rohit and team is not corporate with the patient, a person comes to your hospital for emergency treatment but the ESI team refuses, saying get a referral and come, got the referral in 4 days, but still refused, this is only for OPD, get it again and come, the work which is the work of ESI team is to be done by the patient, then when will the treatment happen, then the best hospital than this is the advanta hospital, the Rohtak hospital staff does the work themselves, for referral from ESI Dispensary etc they do not bother the patient at all and your staff treatment is less, patient's rounds take more time, ESI Dispensary to Hospital is not a good service, your hospital your doctor staff is very very good but your ESI department staff service not good please change your staff

Pathetic hospital. Poor service. People do not pick up the phone. Took 2-3 days only to tell if the report was ready. Not acceptable for the price they charge. Poor emergency rooms. Poor cleanliness, I myself have spotted blood in one of the bedsheets and I was asked to lie down for the test. Shady hospital poor lighting. Should a non-sick person enter the hospital he would get sick looking at the environment of the hospital.

Dr.Shashi (Gynae) is an amazing doctor. Her empathetic nature that make her stands out.Best professional advice..She listens and understand the patient condition effectively and guides you in the best possible way.

Worst experience, Dr's are very egoistic, not talking with patient empathetically. Extreme rudeness brings casual attitude towards patient health. I strongly deprecate this hospital to others. I suggest you all to save your hard earned money and don't spend on such ill mannered humans termed here as Doctor.

Holy heart hospital is situated near Rajiv chowk, delhi bypass road,rohtak. It is a good hospital. All facilities are available.
