Good Experience Overall The hospital offers good service and decent facilities. The doctors are knowledgeable and approachable, and the support staff is generally cooperative. Cleanliness was maintained well, and the overall environment felt organized. There were minor delays at times, but nothing too serious. Equipment and infrastructure seemed modern enough for most needs. It's a reliable place for regular treatments and diagnostics.

One of the best cashless services provided by the TPA department. Dr. Mona is truly an expert in her work. She clearly explained everything at the time of admission after thoroughly reviewing the policy terms. She is a gem for Ojas Hospital. My friend was admitted here for angioplasty and angiography, and the entire treatment was smoothly covered under cashless. I also observed that Dr. Mona consistently helps and guides every patient and their family with the same dedication and care. Truly commendable service! One more thing -- when i entered Room No. 35 TPA office with her warm smile, it honestly didn't feel like we were in a hospital. Her reassuring words, "Don't worry, sab badhiya hoga - treatment bhi aur cashless bhi" brought immense comfort and confidence. She's not just a professional, she's a true support system.
