Very Good Experience here ....Doctor & Staff are Very Polite and Give Full Attention... Overall, Staff is professional and soft spoken. Very little waiting inspite of quite a few people in line. efficient staff, got my wife Ultrasound 5 stars to him for his best professional behavior

Went for mother's Dexascan. Was told over phone about lift availability. Went there and discovered it is a seat lift and she will need to climb down 3 stairs. Had to come back without the scan. Misleading information. Undue harassment.

The facility is well located, with decent parking space, wheelchair access, and sample collection option also available. The prices of their wide variety of tests are good enough. However, their staff's attitude could be made more professional.

Very bad experience with kaps diagnostic.i must say "not good for pregnant ladies". Unprofessional staff Waiting time is too long Management is not good and provided a wrong report. My recent experience at kaps diagnostic was very bad.After a long wait in the crowded Waiting room I was seen by a rushed doctor.All the staff were equally unhelpful ,and communication throughout my visit was incredibly poor. Very Bad service ... They will take a lot of time ...zero management...

Very unprofessional staff and zero decency for patients.They'll make you wait for long hours even if you have an appointment booked already.
