Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the patient checkup number system at your esteemed diagnostic centre. On 22-06-25 I visited your centre for MRI reached at 7 am and at 7:30 assigned a slip. However, I was shocked to find that the system was not functioning efficiently, leading to unnecessary delays and inconvenience to patients. *Issues faced:* *Inefficient queue management*: The queue management system seemed disorganized, leading to confusion and frustration among patients. *Request:* I request you to take immediate action to address these issues and improve the patient checkup number system. Some possible measures could include: 1. *Implementing a more efficient queue management system* 2. *Regularly updating the display board* 3. *Ensuring adequate staff to manage the patient flow* *Expectation:* I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue. As a patient, I believe it's essential to receive quality healthcare services in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I came for a random check up, show but to kno about pain in my arm.. Dr. Preeti did a very detailed diagnosis & adviced me physiotherapy sessions.. I m very happy with the results. Though it's a charitable hospital, but the dedication of staff& doctors is commendable.. physio hall is very clean with all the modern equipments, staff is very supportive& takes good care of patients.. specially Kajal in therapy .. thnku everyone for making therapy sessions so good & fun.. I m going back fully healed..

Not recommending Aggarsain Charitable Diagnostic & Health Care Centre, Panchkula Sector 20. Their rates for tests and scans are low if you compare with other labs but the service is also very low standard. I went there for a CT scan and my experience was really bad. There was a doctor named Manoj, he seriously doesn't know how to talk to patients. I reached there at 8 AM sharp when the center opens. At 8:45 he told me to start drinking water after 15 mins and then around 9:30 they suddenly said it'll take 2 more hours. When I tried to ask something, their behaviour was rude. There were 3 guys/doctors there and honestly, none of them knew how to talk properly. One of them didn't even look normal like he was under some kind of intoxication. I would rather pay double and go somewhere else next time. Management should really look into this.

Dr Vibha Gupta physiotherapist is very rude and I'll mannered . She shouts at patients and really needs to be turned out She is not bothered at all ki koi patient is in pain and needs her love and care Sincere request to management to get her replaced

Harsh starts work on time every day at 7:30 AM. They do barcoding and take samples quickly and correctly. Their work is clean and organized . I'm noticing him from last 1 months because my mother is admitted in other hospital so we frequently come here for tests .
