Review for Rainbow Hospital (My Personal Experience) I had a very disappointing experience at Rainbow Hospital. During admission, everything was fine -- the staff was cooperative and things went smoothly. But things took a serious turn for the worse during discharge. The behavior of the reception staff and other team members became extremely rude and careless. Not only did they misbehave and talk rudely, but they also lost all my old medical reports. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a hospital where people trust you with their health records and care. There was no proper guidance or communication, and the staff seemed completely disinterested in helping once the billing part was over. It felt like they were just waiting to get rid of the patient. Very unprofessional, irresponsible, and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hospital based on how they treated me at the time of discharge.

I'm extremely disappointed with the services at Rainbow Hospital, Narnaul. The staff here, including both male and female nurses, are highly unprofessional and lack even the basic sense of patient care and communication. There is a serious shortage of coordination and responsibility -- no one seems to know what they're doing. Patients are made to wait for hours unnecessarily, even for small procedures or basic checkups. There is no proper queue system, and favoritism is clearly visible. Staff members often seem careless, disinterested, and at times even rude. Cleanliness is below average, and the overall environment doesn't feel like a place where serious medical care is being offered. Time management and professionalism are completely missing. I genuinely hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes immediate improvements. Right now, I would not recommend this hospital unless there are no other options available.

Superb facility. Excellent doctors in every field. Admitted my wife for delivery. Provide superb services with excellent staff including HR and TP as well. Well behaved staff. A one class Gynecologist and pediatrics. With highly qualified other doctors as well.High class nursing staff. They care about patient.

Absolutely worst experience at Rainbow Hospital, Narnaul. The staff here is completely unprofessional and careless -- both male and female nurses have no manners, no sense of urgency, and zero accountability. They make patients wait for hours for even basic treatment, and when you ask for help, they behave rudely as if they're doing a favor. The hospital is mismanaged, dirty, and totally unreliable. I seriously regret choosing this place. If you care about your health and time, STAY AWAY from this hospital. They don't deserve even 1 star.

My father was admitted here and I experienced well experienced and polite and helpful staff. And well attended faculty of this hospital. I really thankful and appreciate Dr. Mukesh he is the best heart specialist in narnaul city

Rainbow Hospital Narnaul is a complete disaster. The staff is pathetic -- rude, untrained, and completely irresponsible. Nurses behave like they're doing you a favor, and no one cares about patient comfort or time. Basic checkups take hours, and still no clear answers. There is no discipline, no system, and no respect for patients or their families. It feels more like a chaotic bus stand than a hospital. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else -- this place is a joke.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hospital. The staff were unprofessional and showed no empathy specially HR staff and Dr.Dushyant, making the overall experience distressing. The treatment was painful and poorly managed, and the condition of the bed and facilities was unacceptable. On top of that, the hospital charged an excessively high rate, which did not match the quality of care provided. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking proper medical attention.
