Dr. Himachal Homeo Clinic

Doctor is very nice but in morning name write on paper is very bad. I am going to clinic last 3 days continuously at 5 AM but there are already 40 to 50 numbers already mentioned in paper. There are total 8 to 10 members were present. Paper based written system should be avoided. Neddy patient not got chance for appointment and local persons write their relatives on paper and ther go to home. Me aaj bhi 5 baje gaya to udhar 50 Number likhe huye the. Aur total 8 persons was present there. 7 baje sabhi aa jate hain aur paer ke according line lagwa dete hai. Mera aaj bhi number nhi ayega. I request to doctor and staff this system should be stop.

What the hell is wrong with the staff here. It's been 3 days I'm trying to get the appointment and regularly calling on the mentioned time daily. And they said that the solt is full call again tomorrow. I mean is this a joke to you. The patient could be in the worst condition. And top to that they cut your call in middle of the conversation. Don't know about the doctor, Don't know about the treatment, but this shit is getting on the nerves now.

Very bad experience from the receptionist and other staff,,I called but did not receive it at first and after that I called, ma'am said to call at 1 o'clock, then I called continuously at 1 o'clock and did not receive the call till 1.15 pm,After 1.15 pm my call was received and she replied to me that the patient is full, call me tomorrow...

The staff deputed at reception is very rude. They don't pick calls whenever I made and Approximate I am making calls for three days regularly but they didn't reply. And even between talk they cut the phone call. One thing more many customers get disappointed when they didn't get appointment in time when they need urgently

Booking an appointment is the biggest issue. No advance appointments available.they don't pick up the phone in given time .they don't do checkups on the spot. how are we suppose to book it if we are coming from far away.

5stars only for dr kashmira, I bet the overall rating would be 5 star for dr kashmira . He is the best dr But i m very much disappointed because of the appointment taking staff, i trying to take appointment from last 1 week and i do approx 30 calls a day , but its always busy or when it is not busy the dont pick up the call . Im taking my treatment from 11 years from here, and i have always seen such a rude and careless recptionists. Dr please its an request we have do much hope from you, teach your staff how to deal
