Staff is very rude, management is poor, Dr. Umesh Kalra is not transparent, sending patients who are not eligible for operation to death bed for the sake of money only. Didnot give honest opinion. Patients need healing touch rather than rude behaviour , doctor does not even have humanity. Food for patients contains stones. They themselves are taking good reviews from patients , but are not at all good.

No any response from management I book appointments online dr Umesh Kalra after that we waiting 4 hrs no any one response he doing chiting with patient

Very bad experience about doctors and staff, My brother is in ICU ward they are not checking patients at time ,we are not satisfied with doctors treatment also very expensive as compared to other hospitals and the staff is also miss behavioral to the patients guardian, I know well, that my review will not change anything but ,one thing more at discharge time of patients staff requests to give them good review it's very funny think about this hospitals (lol sarvesh health city )

Worst Hospital Experience - Sarvesh HealthCity, Hisar Sarvesh HealthCity, Hisar is one of the most unethical and poorly managed hospitals I have ever come across. Dr. Umesh Kalra, the owner, is shockingly unprofessional and more focused on extracting black money than providing proper medical care. He demanded 3.5 lakhs in cash for my mother's surgery and refused to provide any bill, even though we had an Ayushman card. This is a clear case of fraud and financial misconduct. The entire experience was a nightmare. The staff is completely untrained and disorganized, with zero communication or coordination. No proper counseling was given before or after the surgery. We were left confused, anxious, and unsupported the whole time. The hospital conditions are disgusting. Food for patients is served in dirty plastic plates that look so unhygienic they can make a healthy person vomit - forget about a patient who's already weak and recovering. My mother couldn't even bear to look at the food. When I complained to Dr. Kalra about this, he arrogantly replied that "no one has ever complained before" and then completely ignored my mother's care till the day of discharge. This place is not a hospital - it's a money-making racket. They are playing with patients' lives, showing no empathy, ethics, or accountability. I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT go to Sarvesh HealthCity. You'll regret putting your loved one's health in their hands.

It was a good experience except admission process via emergency and time taken to admit. Secondly during discharge had to wait from morning till evenging due to TPA approval thing which was worst experience. Other than that treatment Doctor Alka Bishnoi consultation was excellet. Staff behaviour was very good. Nursing staff service was very good. Room was very good. But also expected communication for ongoing treatment which was not upto mark. Overall it was good experience. Would definitely reconmmend this facility.

Dr. Vijay Kumar Ghodela has absolutely no proper knowledge about kidney-related issues and is only interested in grabbing money from patients. No professionalism, no ethics, and clearly not qualified to handle serious medical conditions. A complete waste of time and money - avoid at all costs

Dr. Umesh Kalra is very good doctor in Hisar city. All doctor's and staff are well good. I'm totally satisfied with this hospital. I'm highly recommend to visit this hospital.
