Doctor is very polite. I had done my gallbladder removal surgery in June. And now I am again here for my mother's surgery for same. I am very satisfied with the service provided and doctor's nature. Highly recommend

Very bad experience....the behaviour of the staff was so rude and un cooperative, the charges are high,not cooperative in tpa claim, staff not helping or even deny to talk. In pta claim bill was made double.I must say dont visit this kind of facility. Not satisfied. Not recommend. Bad experience

Very bad experience....the behaviour of the staff was so rude and un cooperative, the charges are very high, aftr denying for icu admission staff was treating the patient so lightly,even stopped the medicine by saying without icu admission pt will not be treated,even after giving the emergency charges and emergency fee which is also very high and the great thing is their M.O dont know about the test name properly. I must say dont visit this kind of facility.

Visited with one of my relative and it was an extreme emergency situation. Can not judge or review any institution in such circumstances. I have a mixed opinion about this hospital. In such a short span of time I could only feel that there is very little movement of patients in this hospital.

Dr. Vivek Gupta - Don't get any surgery done from this doc. My mother, Mrs Sudesh Rani, recently got her surgery done for kidney stone removal in 8th July 2022.She had 2 stones of 16 and 19 mm. She was discharged the next day even when she had pain. She continued having severe pain and daily fever for next 3 weeks. The doctor kept on giving medicine and saying that it's normal, will subside. Only when we decided to get a second opinion and the other doc suggested to get ultrasound done , we got to know that she still has 2 stones of 7 and 8 mm left in her kidney. Dr. Vivek Gupta didn't even care enough to get a ultrasound done after the surgery. Although he charged 42k for the surgery, we didn't even bother to go back to him! My mother is still not doing well.

Height of insensitivity| Medically Unworthy I experienced their support first hand when I brought my ailing grandmother to their Emergency Section. The doctors were unavailable for a patient in emergency ward. The staff was reluctant to help even in the circumstances where my grandmother was unconscious. We intimated them that she was a cancer survivor and a heart patient; still there was no reaction from them. My grandmother took a serious fall due to them fiddling with her ailing body resulting into a hit on her forehead. The blood oozing out of her head was unsightful. They gave "us" the cotton to clean her wound and we did it by ourselves. Again no help from them. We spent 31/2 hours waiting for help but to our surprise, there was no one to help. Finally we decided to take her to another facility and thank God we took that decision. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL AND ITS SO CALLED EXPERTS.

Best hospital i have gone in hisar. Surgeon is the best. On 50 appointment per day for doctor. You can book your appointment for doctor on phone or in the hospital. Staff is also helpful in every matter. Laboratory, x-ray department, etc are available here. Whole hospital is covered in 3 floors single building. Inside medicine store is available there. And cantten is also available there.
