If I have to describe in two words, Best Doctor. I had my ASD surgery done under Dr. Jay's care in January, and I can't thank him enough for the experience. He explains the diagnosis clearly and is very warm and easy to talk to. I've always had a lot of hesitation and anxiety around needles and medical procedures, but Dr. Jay was gentle and reassuring throughout, and made sure everything went as smoothly and comfortably as possible. He's always approachable and responds promptly. He takes the time to listen with genuine patience, explains everything with clarity and puts your mind at ease, which, for someone like me who gets nervous easily, meant the world. He is the one on whom u can truly trust. Very calm, very understanding, and really intelligent. Understands the case takes responsibility of child till the child doesn't recovers. Dr. Jay is one of the best doctors that I have come across so far. He is one of the best in his field.
