Based on my experience at the hospital, the staff are well-mannered and the doctors are highly experienced. The treatment process, especially in coordination with insurance claims, is handled very efficiently. The support staff are also competent in their work. However, one area for improvement is the limited food options available in the canteen.

The experience was good.. The doctors took good care of my mother. She was admitted in the hospital because of blood pressure issues. Dr. Pankaj Batra was visiting my mother on regular basis and advising the treatment.. She was admitted in a private room, the room was well maintained and the staff was always available for any support.. Everything went well.. Just had some delays related to Insurance Clearance (TPA) from the hospital end but anyways it was done.. Will definitely recommend
