Worst ever patient experience. Specially for international patients their main aim is to take as much money as possible. They treat you very well till the payment is done, after that their attitude completely changes. Even if a treatment is needed or not they make you do it then at the end they tell everything is ok, even though the problem has not been diagnosed properly. If you get serious with them then they just tell you dont talk to us. No one to listen to you and leave you to go away. Specially Retu in the international department has so much arrogance that at start she is very good then after she doesn't talk to you properly. If she talks then with so much arrogance and attitude. People working for her are nice and helping. Find a better hospital that trats international patients better.
This is their private room, nice view, clean, and well caring and professional medical team. Every one deserves this quality of health service. It is mostly the first in tje region for advanced surgery and care. We visited them for our baby's medical purpose per the recomendation of a Dr. from Ethiopia. We are so great full. Keep shinning! As your moto you are caring for the most valued souls. Surely I will get back and review more. They have a lot to say.
I arrived at the hospital at approximately 2:30 or 3:00 PM due to my son experiencing severe pain having injury in head & chest, We had to wait in the emergency area for a long time without any treatment being provided. Despite paying the requested amount and having a valid health insurance policy, no medical attention was given initially. I repeatedly approached the reception desk to ask when the treatment would begin, but received no clear response. Eventually, we were told to get a CT scan and an X-ray done. I paid for both procedures immediately, but again, no doctor came to review the reports or provide any care. Throughout this ordeal, I kept following up with the staff at the desk, but all they kept saying was, "Please wait." It felt like the hospital was more focused on collecting money than actually treating patients--especially those who require urgent attention. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Emergency cases should be prioritized, but here, there seemed to be no sense of urgency or responsibility. Based on this experience, I would rate this hospital 2 out of 10. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve patient care in the future
