From the onboarding to discharge it was a smooth sailing. We were impressed with the efficiency of the registration process and the overall organization of the hospital. Felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout our time here. The nursing staff was excellent, very attentive and caring throughout our stay. The hospital was clean and well maintained, creating a positive environment. But the most important thing - the doctors. A great shout out goes to Dr Sabita ,Dr Sweety , Dr Gagandeep, Dr Komal and all the supporting staff . Thanks for keeping us healthy n safe .

My name is Vikas and my brother's name is Sudip Kumar Dashe is suffering from oncology, I had admitted my brother in Accord super speciality Hospital Sector 86, Faridabad. This is one of the best hospitals in Delhi NCR. The doctors and all staff are so good that they cannot be expressed in words. However, I did observe a slight delay in response time at the emergency ward, which could be improved to ensure quicker assistance in urgent situations. Timely attention in emergencies is crucial, and enhancing this aspect would significantly elevate the quality of care. Looking forward to seeing continued improvements in the services. Chairman Dr. R C Soni (Gastro) and team are kind, humble down to earth and are experts in their work, they have very depth knowledge in their field, they make patients feels like housepital. My father recovered very quickly and got discharged within 2 days of Admission. No more extra stays in the hospital. Very happy with treatment and care they have shown

We admitted my mother in an emergency. The doctors already knew that her chances of survival were very low. We had clearly told them that if there was no hope, they should inform us so we could take her home, as it was her wish to spend her final moments there. However, the doctors kept insisting on multiple CT scans and MRIs, assuring us that she would recover and that it would just take some time. Later, they handed us a bill of 2.5 lakh. They never explained her condition to us properly, and the staff's behavior turned aggressive. Among them, one doctor, Dr. Anand Naveen Thakur, was truly kind and supportive.

Got a new life here. Thanks to Dr Ram Soni and his entire team. The medication and diagnoses are perfect with number 1 doctors of the city. But, They need to improve hospitality and maintenance. And yes, the Lifts are moving very slow.
