Its about the pharmacy. The have their own sponsored brand. Which are highly expensive around two to three times to the other brand medicine. And no return policy at any cost. Their doctors also prescribe medicines which are not necessary for that disease. A person gets well even without them. Some medicines will always be left with you and you can throw them in the garbage as you wish because they do not have a return policy. I had a lotion worth 300 left with me which when I went to return, they clearly refused me saying that we do not return lotions.

However, my experience left much to be desired.The staff was worst. The staff at Dr sanjay hospital were shockingly inadequate in their demeanor and professionalism. When I approached one staff member in the ICU, hoping to inquire about my relative's condition, I was met with outright rudeness. Despite my polite request for information, the staff member refused to provide her name and spoke to me in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. In any hospital, the staff are the pillars upon which the entire institution rests. Unfortunately, in the case of Dr Sanjay hospital, these pillars are weak and unreliable. Their lack of empathy and basic courtesy not only reflects poorly on the hospital but also undermines the trust and confidence patients and their families should have in the healthcare system. Overall, my experience at Dr Sanjay hospital was deeply disappointing. It is my hope that they take immediate steps to address the shortcomings in their staff's behavior and prioritize the importance of compassion and professionalism in their healthcare services.
