One of the worst experience I have had at the hospital or say clinic. I do not know how proficient the Doctor is, but even if the doctor is at his best then there is no value he is providing. This is just because there is a zero management at the clinic. Staff do not know how to behave with patients. They have typical Indian rude behaviour. No sense of Medical etiquettes and I wonder how the doctor could allow all the patients all together in the same room, there is no privacy and also due to loads of all the patients in that room there is a lot of disturbances going on. One of the staff doing a nervous sonography to my dad was also so rude and did not know how to talk to old age patients. There is no professionalism at all. Also, at the receptionist, the lady is very poor in managing the files. She allows random patients into the queue or mismanages the files which is really unfair to those who are coming from a far place. I would again say this. The doctor is of no use or does not provide any value unless there is a robust management system in the Organization. #havesomesense #understandpeoplesproblem #worstexperience
