Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional and Outdated Practice I truly wish there was an option to give Dr. Ketan Kapasi less than 1 star. Our experience with him was extremely disappointing and frustrating. He was rude and dismissive not only to the patient but also to the family members. He showed no intention of truly listening or understanding our concerns. His fee structure is completely arbitrary. The consultation charges listed outside his clinic do not reflect what he actually demands. In our case, he charged 4,500 for a simple consultation for my mother. When I politely asked for a breakdown of the charges, he casually mentioned it included a "second opinion" fee--even though there was no diagnosis provided and we were simply seeking basic guidance. His lack of empathy and outdated methods are alarming. Rather than providing any useful insights, he just changed the brand of medications and recommended more tests. When I followed up via WhatsApp to seek clarification about the charges, he stopped responding altogether. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in the healthcare field. To make matters worse, he even raised his voice at my mother, despite her having a heart condition. It was clear that he is more concerned about money than patient care. Please do not waste your time or risk your health. There are far better, more respectful, and knowledgeable doctors in town. Avoid his services at all costs.

Useless careless negligent are very mild words to be used for this doctor. My dad is calling him since one year for my relative's appointment but he is not picking phone neither responding. Please avoid him if you care about your loved ones

He is good and considerate ... fees are high but diagnosis is perfect
