Health checkup Had a great experience during my health check-up today. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the doctor was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. I left feeling well-informed and confident about my health. Highly recommend this hospital.

Positives: Doctors are highly skilled, with a professional and confident approach. Nursing staff and caretakers are caring, responsive, and supportive throughout. These are the real strengths of the hospital. Needs Improvement: Hygiene is mostly maintained, but canteen cleanliness and equipment like beds, stretchers, etc. could be better. Parking is a major issue. There's almost no proper parking space inside the premises -- visitors are forced to use the paid parking under the flyover, which is inconvenient. Biggest Concern - Pricing & Overcharging: The hospital charges excessively high prices for almost everything -- from doctor visits and treatment to diet plans and ICU services. The in-house pharmacy and consumables (like medicines, diapers, towels, gloves, etc.) are 1.5x to 2x more expensive than market rates. Strong recommendation: Always request a proper prescription and purchase items from outside whenever possible. Only use the hospital store if it's absolutely unavoidable. Final Comment: Wockhardt Rajkot delivers great care through its doctors and nurses, but the financial transparency and affordability are extremely poor. It often feels like a commercial setup rather than a patient-first institution. Serious improvements needed in pricing policy and support facilities.

Hospital facilities are too good Dr.Trupti vaisnani is skilled pediatrics I have past ten years experience with hospital I am very comfortable in this hospital like my home I have given 4 star due to I have faced little uncomfortable when hospital given me first room was very bad smell which I have complaint to nurse and second day my room was changed but immediate action not taken by staff so I given four star other wise it's 5 star overall good hospital nursing staff was well mannered and helpful. One suggestion security checking staff standings at staircase a (man) needs to improve his manners towards escort aoverall good experience
