Very very bad service and dr. Rahul koyani rudly behaviour the patient and receptionist not answering the patient very bad service.

Rude, unprofessional staff. When I called for an appointment, the lady on the phone gave me a time in noon . I told her to write my name to which she replied no need for writing down name your turn will come immediately when you'll come in the noon. When I went there she said two hours of waiting time. Plus they've no sense of respect as to how to talk to people.

Dr. Rahul Koyani is one of the Top Best Doctor on city. The staff is very cooperative & polite.

DR'S WORK GOOD,BUT THE STAFF OF THE HOSPITAL VERY RUDE,TREATING PATIENT AS THEY ARE NOTHING JUST CUSTOMERS,VERY VERY LONG TIME TO WAIT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR OR MORE AND YES RECEPTIONIST WILL TALK WITH YOU VERY RUDLY, LIKE THEY ARE FORCING TO DO THEIR JOB,THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THE WORD PATIENT, BUSINESS IS GOOD BUT NO HOSPITALITY IN NATURE FROM STAFF,OVERALL TREATMENT MAY BE VERY FINE BY DR. BUT IF YOU ARE VERY MUCH SICK AND CANT STAND OR SIT DONT BOTHER UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR OR MORE..P.S TREAT CUSTOMERS NICELY IF YOUR SO CALLED BUSINESS IS SUCCESSFUL ITS BECAUSE OF THEM.

Dr. Koyani is expert in any type of fever, staff is also good

Not at all good... wr have waited for almost 2 hours, Doctor is very slow in two hours he just take 4 or 5 patient for checkup.. staff is bad & they are rude. I have just asked fir the dustbin n they answered like they are Bosses in the hospital #ridicules

Because sir practice is very nice and fees are affordable
