Doctor desk staff was Good Medical need to provide Discount as other stores.. Cleaning up to mark.. Also Admin responded positively. So surely recomended for such Vast exp. in criticle treatment as well.. Thanks Team Amruta...

The doctors and supporting staff are highly experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely humble in their approach, which is truly commendable and reassuring for patients and their families. However, we faced some challenges regarding visitor policy. Currently, only two attendants are allowed with the patient, which becomes difficult in certain special or serious cases--especially during night hours. We requested the security staff to allow a third person considering the critical condition and long travel distance (we came from 100 km away for our child's admission for two days and nights), but unfortunately, the request was denied without consideration, and the staff behaved rather rudely. Additionally, we requested permission to sit on the ground floor chairs (which are separate from patient rooms located on the 1st to 3rd floors) just for basic rest, but that too was not allowed. We believe some flexibility and empathy in such situations would greatly improve the overall experience for attendants and families during difficult times.

We can be completely stress-free when our baby is under the care of the Amruta Hospital team. Even after discharge, they are very responsive over calls for any small queries. Doctors are available at all times, and every department is highly responsible and attentive. Personally, I have never met a doctor like Dr. Rakesh Gami, Dr. Apexa and Dr. Samir thakkar and the mediclaim team, especially Hardika Ma'am, along with the nursing staff and even the security team, were all exceptional. The hospital truly feels like family. With Level 1, 2, and 3 facilities, Amruta Hospital provides top-notch care. Though slightly expensive, the responsiveness and responsibility of the entire team make it highly recommendable. A heartfelt thanks to every member of Amruta Hospital for taking such good care of my baby.

Absolutely professional, courteous and able team of doctors as well as nursing staff. My six month old son's health worsened late in the night at around 3 am, and had to be hospitalized. He was immediately given the necessary aid, the night shift doctor also attended swiftly and diagnosed the problem aptly. He explained everything very patiently and in depth and gave necessary aid to my child. Not just that, their other staff too are a team of sincere professionals with the likes of junior doctors, nursing staff, cleaning staff, HR etc. being ably led by Dr Rakesh Patel, who himself is thoroughly experienced doctor. Totally satisfied with the hospital and their entire team.

I had a wonderful experience at Amruta Hospital. The entire team, from the reception staff to the doctors and nurses, was extremely professional and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities. Very very bad experienced at Amruta hospital rajkot.no sympathy towards us this hospital is only nd only money making purpose.charges are too high and service was not proper as per their charges...I never recommend anyone to go to amruta hospital, it's better to go in amdavad civil rather than amruta hospital rajkot
