When I called on hospital number to take appointment of Dr I was told by person on reception that we don't note down the names on phone and don't give appointment of Dr on phone, you need to come personally I was shocked to hear this rule , kutch is a vast region patient come from different places to consult Dr so how can they come personally to take appointment. ??? Patient is 80 years old from mandvi and mandvi is 50 Kms from Bhuj how can someone come personally from so far to take take appointment of Dr personally? This is a Tecnology driven Era and still you call patient personaly to take appointment of Dr . How can this be possible????????
