I had an excellent experience at Epic Hospital in Ahmedabad. DR. ANIL JAIN and team Dr. Chirag and Dr. Vasnt and sister Parul Patel also Devanshi Pandya The staff was extremely professional, caring, and attentive. From the front desk to the doctors and nurses, everyone made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone looking for quality care and great service.

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Epic Hospital! From the moment we walked in, the experience at Epic Hospital was truly exceptional. The doctors are highly skilled, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in detail, making us feel confident and cared for throughout the treatment. I have mixed feelings at Epic hospital. Nursing staff (Ms. Jaina sejwani and Ms. Rinku) is very co-operative and helpful after the re-suturing for day to day dressings and follow-ups. Even after more than 15 days stay at EPIC, this staff (Ms. Jaina and team) ONLY have manners and worry about patient. Thank you very much both of you and your staff for caring patients and helping us to come out from this difficult period). Dr Anil Jain should appreciate this type of work. But after bypass surgery, when we kept my father in special room at that time Dr. Shraddha shah and other staff handling patient in room are so so pathetic and very lazy and not caring. They are like if patient will die still they do not want to bother and stand from the place and in night they are sleeping in room and even after multiple call they are coming like we have done any major crime. Example is if temp of body is 99.9c but still they wait to give medicine for 100.0c even after many follow ups. Even my father have infection and fever after surgery, but they does not have guts to ask or even answer or start medication properly to patient. I am doctor and having knowledge of medicine and worried about my father n still they are behaving this way then what can be expected for other patients. Dr. Anil Jain is the best in cardiac surgery and patients are coming on his name and he proved it. But post operative staff like Dr. Shardhha shah and others are ruining Dr. Anil Jain's image and work for bypass or major surgery. I request Dr. Anil Jain to look in to this way also to save his and hospital image for better patient compliance and health.

Had a really good experience at Epic Hospital. Dr. Anil Jain is highly professional, calm, and explains everything very clearly. The nursing staff was also very caring and attentive throughout. The hospital is clean, well-managed, and all staff members were polite and helpful. The treatment process was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend getting your treatment done here.

Excellent hospital for cardiac treatment and complex heart surgeries! My 63 years old father recently underwent a complex aortic valve replacement heart surgery under the expert care of Dr. Anil Jain and his dedicated team. We are truly grateful for their exceptional treatment through out the surgery. My mother recently underwent bypass surgery at this hospital, and we had a largely positive experience. The hospital maintains excellent cleanliness, with regular cleaning every few hours and a strict policy of no shoes on patient floors, which we really appreciated. The doctors and nursing staff were caring, attentive, and professional throughout the stay, and the surgery went smoothly -- my mother was feeling much better just a few days after the procedure, thanks to Dr. Anil Jain & team. One area that could need some attention is the availability of support staff, particularly those who assist patients with basic needs like using the restroom. While the nursing team does their best to help, at times the response is delayed from support staff due to limited staff. Overall, we are satisfied with the care provided and would recommend the hospital, with a suggestion to consider strengthening the support team to improve patient comfort further.
