I had an extremely disappointing experience with the cardiology department. From the start, there was a serious lack of communication about the surgical procedure and potential risks. The surgeon barely spent a few minutes explaining anything, and I felt rushed and ignored. Post-surgery care was equally disorganized--nurses were inattentive, and I had to wait hours for pain relief medication.
