Dr. Healthway Hospital

Nurses keep gossiping and shouting. Talking so loudly discussing their plans for after duty. Whole hospital gets to know what their conversation is because they keep discussing in groups. Waiting for 2 hours for the doctor Nurse belches and burps right next to me. Shabby and disgusting. No manners or basic ethics. They don't know what customer service is about! Shame on your staff (Also always laughing and gossiping about patients looks and dressing sense) Shame!

The staff have a major attitude problem. Whomsoever is recruiting the staff has to focus on them to learn some manners which is something they don't have. Their telephone is broken and calls are unclear. Staff are impatient and rude. They tell us to reach hospital at 10am and doctor comes at 12 So if you have the entire day to waste Please visit this hospital. Ac is never switched on in the rooms and they ask to pay extra for it Nurses are all shabby!

I had an eye surgery in that hospital a in 2023 April n the surgery it self was successful but I found the staff really rude cuz whn they were checking my weight pre surgery I was 74kgs and not even a teen i caught the nurses laughing at me n my mom heard thm saying tht I was too fat for my age in a mocking way I found it really unprofessional gmc nurses r more professional they just do wht they need to..u can't just mock a patient like tht

Very bad experience on emergency they don't pick the call and the staff is very rude. Specially if you're pregnant women then I would never suggest you to go to this hospital.

It's a old hospital with a new name. All the visiting doctors are good here. Just that the facilities are old and not that good. The staff are helpful which makes its comfortable for patients.

Dr Madumohan a big time scammer did all tests In healthway instead of other clinics and charged me double the price God is watching you yours days are very few

THIS HOSPITAL IS A BIG SCAM. Today i had gone for X-ray. They told me it will cost 800. They told me to go to casualty. Some doctor appeared, he did not even check anything neither we told him to consult as we only wanted to do X-ray. He just suggested us the orthopaedic doctor, we were unaware. On billing counter we were charged extra 380 as CMO charges. Total we had to pay 1180. Such a pathetic hospital. Please DO NOT EVEN VISIT THIS HOSPITAL BY ANY CHANCE.

Full scam this hospital charged me 27k just for a minor scratch on my back , they don't care about the patient , they ask about the background of the patient and charge you as per their business of the day , they will force you to stay in the hospital even if you have a minor injury, and a city scan for simple reasons. And give you a heart attack when your checking out , don't fall for the scam .. the government should take some change to bust this business of these money addicted hospitals and have a check on the false reports they provide ... I guess they have a intension of making money in a day rather then saving a patient life .. horrible experience...
