Pathetic doctor I ever saw in my life She shouldn't have become doctor that too cardiologist She is not interested in patients just busy in her own personal life family kids and her phone Mobiles should be banned for such kind of doctors It's no use going to this doctor for free also.

Last month visited Goa with my parents and my dad developed chest pain and breathlessness. Through a friend in Goa I learnt about Dr Jyoti Kusnur, an interventional cardiologist. After thorough examination and investigation doctor explained my dad had developed heart attack. Dr Jyoti advised to do urgent angiography to know the exact reason for chest pain. Without a choice we agreed for the same and procedure was done. Dr Jyoti told one of the important blood vessel in the heart was blocked and needed an angioplasty. Now I was in real dilemma whether to do it here are to go back to Bangalore. After discussing with other family members and my doctor friends I decided to go ahead with angioplasty by Dr Jyoti. Procedure was successful and got discharged next day. My dad is doing well now. I found Dr Jyoti very knowledgeable, experienced and kind hearted person to explain everything in detail and gave us confidence to go ahead with angioplasty We are very grateful to Dr Jyoti, her team and the hospital. Keep up the great job doc

Worst doctor she cannot be a top doctor with her attitude. She doesn't value patients after making them wait for hours and hours she doesn't have a courtesy to inform how long a patient should wait. Charges a big amount and insults. After waiting for 1.5hours when asked how long will it take mam she answered"you can proceed with whatever you have". But no courtesy to say "I will take some time or you all can wait 1hour or whatever time, or else come tomorrow". Patient always goes to a doctor with high hopes and ready to pay whatever they charge doesn't mean they can insult them. I have lost a trust in doctors after this incident.

Many years ago I paid for a comprehensive cardiac checkup. Dr Jyoti arrived late and was in hurry to get to her next appointments in Margao. Told me that the stress test machine was not working and asked me to return another day. Mind you, I had visited this private hospital for a gastro problem in Panjim and was talked into taking the cardiac assessment.

Worst doctor i have ever come across. I called up for appointment. After giving appointment like right after half hour when i was calling for location the staff or whoever was receiving the call and cutting it again and again without giving any further location details. I happened to use the google maps. After reaching the desired place the clinic first receives and then ones told that i am somewhere atound the location they happen to switch off the phones. Pathetic behaviour.

Give appointment at 5 and wait for more than hours and has not come. At least, she should inform that she will come late. No value for time.
