Dr. Healthway Hospital

The care given to my brother by everyone in this hospital was outstanding. Though his illness caused us a lot of trauma and then grief at his passing, it would have been a lot worse without the heartfelt compassion and understanding we received from not only the doctors and nurses, but also cleaning attendants and canteen staff. They were all rooting for him, praying for him, willing him to recover. I couldn't recommend this hospital more

I had visited the Healthway old goa with my friend. And the OPD counter 2 nurse was so rude. She didn't bother to ask me or my friend anything nd she also ignored us when we asked her a question related to dr bossuet. The billing staff named Devica/Divica was very helpful nd kind, she even gave her own water bottle to one patient who was not feeling well, when OPD nurse ignored the patient's condition. Please take strict actions against the nurses of OPD 2

Went to this hospital for a simple blood sugar test (before and after eating). Arrived before 8 AM and had to go to casualty. Unfortunately, the nurse there didn't seem to know how to draw blood properly. She tied a glove around my arm instead of using a tourniquet yes! A GLOVE! I told her it was coming off, but she didn't listen. The way she drew blood was unprofessional, and the area became painful and bruised and was hurting badly for days. I've never had such a bad experience at any other hospital. You would expect more competence, especially in casualty. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hospital.

I had gone to the Nicu OPDNI had called and asked them first. Dr is available or not. They told Dr is available. You can come afterwards. I gone there. They treated me like a dog. One of the nurse was very rude behaviour and highly attitude. She was making my jokes and laughing between the nurses. When I asked her, she started fighting with me. Photo

As special thanks to Dr Sanket he is well professional and always recommends very friendly and always guides. I rarely felt that insurance teams need to be more professional and didn't know the proper customer care related. Coordination required between billing department, medical store and discharge nurse at the time of discharge. Its take lot of times for discharge.

I visited the Healthway Hospital in Old Goa this week to seek treatment for what I thought was a bad bout of sore throat accompanied with cyclical very high fever. Under the meticulous care of Dr. Sandesh Chodankar and Dr. Chitralekha Nayak, was fully cured within 2 days and discharged. It turned out to be an infection of the Toncils and considering a very wide range of infection possibilities, Dr. Chodankar and Dr. Nayak conducted quick tests and started the treatment. The pace of health improvement was astonishing and brought quick relief. Also the team of nurses and other staff are not only very well trained but clearly appear to be carefully recruited. All of them are very passionate about their career in care giving. I take this opportunity to wish them and their families the very best as they carry on this noble work. What they have done for me cannot be repaid and will stay with me forever. God bless

Hospital keeps your consultation file, every time u go they take 15-20 mins to bring your file than u go and meet doctor despite doctor seating vacant. Also they charge 60/- for file maintenance . Its very frustrating and money looting in name of file keeping.

Healthway hospital is an excellent hospital in the state of Goa. They provide emergency care, post op care & specialist doctors. In terms of staff, they have friendly nurses & excellent professional doctors.
