I recently received treatment at Victor Hospital and was thoroughly impressed with the care and compassion shown by the entire staff. From the doctors to the nurses and support team, everyone was professional, attentive, and kind. The facilities were clean and modern, and the hospital's commitment to patient well-being was evident throughout my stay. I recently visited Victor Hospital for a health checkup and had a truly wonderful experience. A special mention goes to the receptionist at the health checkup centre--so polite, patient, and helpful. Every staff member I met was equally courteous and professional. The facility is clean, well-organized, and everything ran smoothly with minimal waiting time. Iwas truly impressed with the care n attention provided right from the time my husband called for the ambulance with doctor. Every action from the paramedics arrival that morning to my admission into the hospital was prompt n meticulous. Re my stay at this facility everything was par excellence. The doctors, the nursing staff, administrative staff n also the nutritionists were carefully monitoring my diet n providing the necessary n timely guidance. Overall my stay n recovery was great. God bless all connected to this facility.

Hospitalized for 3 days for a minor surgery. Staff was prompt most of the time. Cleanliness is maintained well, however please make sure you are awake at 7 am, as linen change would happen regardless. Staff is very polite and responsive.

The staff were very competent , kind and helpful and services provided were also very good. I Appreciate everyone for doing a great job. Thank you. The most stressful thing is that the billing and insurance claim process took over 10 hrs.

I had a good overall experience at Apollo Victor Hospital. The staff provided excellent service -- they were attentive, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The food served to patients was nutritious and well-prepared, which was a big plus. However, there wasn't much variety or proper food options available for visitors or those staying with the patients, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, the hospital's service was prompt and efficient. Overall, a well-managed facility with quality care.
