If I could give half star I would have happily give I myself I am from medical background that's why I can very well categorise this morons seating on receptions are bloody manners-less ladies can clearly make out educated idiots are employed so they could be paid less doesn't even have etiquette to talk to patients specially the fat lady seating on near phone who handles calls should be trained well to speak to people

Staff is very rude if you don't have an appointment then you will have to wait until the last patient is done. This is not acceptable even if you are a patient of the doctor for years you have to wait... Dr needs to look onto this and need to change the staff

Very bad staff with lot of attitude, 3hr waiting all the time to meet Doctor, difficult to get appointment, they only say if you have emergency only then come or wait for tomorrow.
