Dr. Manipal Hospitals Goa

I would like to thank all the staff at Manipal Hospital Goa. I had the best medical care I have experienced in my life. I come from a medical background at work in the US. I have called on hospitals throughout the US for years. I have never seen care as exceptional as offered as Manipal. Everything is about making YOU comfortable and the PRIORITY. As many of have encountered, this doesn't exist in the current healthcare system in the US. I am the usual American patient. Call the Dr. office to see if my insurance carrier is accepted by the Dr. In my case, the first 3 had dropped my carrier at New Year. The fourth offered an appointment for GI 3 months out, with surgery if needed, an additional month or 2. Now imagine speaking to your Manipal Doctor via What's app without charge from your home to discuss your options and an estimated cost of services. Now imagine meeting with Dr. Kulkarni, in my case, upon arrival in Goa to review the procedure ahead. Imagine getting a colonoscopy and endoscopy two days later with a total cost of $337.28 for both including anesthesia. Another visit with Dr. Kulkarni and we have surgery scheduled 3 days later. At this point, I am given a detailed description of how the surgery with go and I then choose what medical companies tools I would prefer to use in my surgery. I chose a German brand. Now imagine all your pre-op tests done in an hour throughout 4 departments in the US, LOL. Nikita, my medical ambassador, had me finished in no time, with no communication issues, as everyone in the hospital speaks English and smiles. And by the way, this might be the cleanest hospital I have encountered in my life. I am taken to my room which has a nice view of the bay. The room is solo with a guest bed couch, refrigerator, microwave, tv, and private bathroom. As nice or nicer than my sons birthroom at Naperville Hospital in the US. Surgery was on time and with no complications. Recovery was relaxing and the food was great. The one thing you notice is every hour I was checked on and only 3 minutes from when I rang the bell to disconnect my IV. This does not occur in the US medical system. I was released the next day at lunch feeling good. But before I left Nikita visited my room to deliver the bill for services with LINE ITEM CHARGES. She asked if I had an India bank account? I said no, why did my credit card not process the deposit? No Mr. Paul, we have $700 to return to you. This was the best money I have spent in my life. Recovery at the beach hotel for 10 days, hotel cost, $500. If you are considering medical attention abroad, I highly recommend Manipal Hospitals to provide your medical assistance. It really was great!

I had a very positive experience at Manipal hospital. One of the first things I noticed was how clean and well-maintained the entire facility was. Hygiene clearly seems to be a top priority here from the spotless rooms to the sanitized equipment and public areas, everything was immaculate and reassuring. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They make sure patient feel cared and comfortable throughout their journey. The nurses were gentle, respectful, and attentive to even the smallest details. I also really appreciated the level of privacy and respect the doctors provided. If anyone visit there you will feel safe, heard, and well informed every step of the way. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of care and the high standards maintained at this hospital. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for clean, professional, and patient-focused medical care.

The nursing staff and admin services at Manipal Hospital, Goa were unbelievably attentive, gentle and cheerful through my stay. I felt so well cared for, and their support made a real difference in my recovery. Grateful for the calm and capable care.

Competent clean caring. We had such a good experience regarding our daughter's delivery. The nurses the staff, the timely check ups , mother and baby's care was professionally done with a lot of heart and smiles. The doctor paediatrician nutritionist lactation expert all were very thorough professional kind and caring answering all our queries. Our daughter took the deluxe suite package which included decoration special celebratory meal, cake cutting and a photo shoot. Absolutely amazing. Thank you to all and God Bless You

I'm Amelia Sandra Dcunha from Old Goa. Ive completed my 6 weeks of radiation cycles in Manipal Hospitals Donapaula. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr Sujoy and his enitre radiation team,the technicians ,recepionists and house keeping. Had the most wonderful experience at Manipal hospital, Goa. The team of doctors are so good. We were under Dr. Sophia Rodrigues for my entire pregnancy. The delivery process was really smooth and the staff of the hospital was very supportive. My baby and I were taken care of really well. I highly recommend this hospital and the team.
