Excellent care by the nursing and support staff. Always smiling and concerned. Dietician was assuring and helpful and on top of all the meal planning for the patient. Rooms were consistently cleaned. Dr. Carmen overlooked the patients case and left no stone unturned. Special thanks to Rajesh the attendant who looked after my dad and reported when he felt something needed attention. Overall we felt very much cared for, comfortable and at ease. Thank you very much.

Customer service is very poor, the staff itself is unaware about the Dr consultancy fees. Firstly they say it is 500 and then they charge 700 at the time of consultation. Please avoid taking the consultation at the hospital at any cost. Prefer going to dr private clinic. The billing staff is so arrogant doesn't value the patient's feedback.
