Dr. Dr. Dukle's Hospital & Research Centre - Candolim

I badly got scammed. I'm new to the place and saw that the hospital was the nearest, so with great hope that I'll get healed, cause I was in great pain and was suffering for months. I was charged just to see the doctor; the funny part. My question is, how can they give a prescription without doing any physical check up. It was not expectable and unfair. The worst experience of my life.

The facility lacks a basic X-ray service. During an emergency, I was told to come back the next day at 10:00 a.m., only to be delayed again to 10:30 a.m. when I called. This raises serious doubts about whether they even have the facility or if they're just stalling diagnostics. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Used to be a good doctor Now full of arrogance and rude I reached 5 mins late he refused to see me I understand doctors have a life too but if a patient even if it's for cold n fever has come to u Value that patient Don't just drive them off .we as professionals though not doctors will wait extra time if needed . N we knew this doc for more than 15 years .if I can be treated like this .wat abt the other patients Had a lot of respect for dr Dukle but with a heavy heart it all goes away today

A Disheartening Experience at Dhukle Hospital, Candolim North Goa. I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting 2nd time Dhukle Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that patient care and satisfaction were not priorities for this institution. First and foremost, the wait time was unbearable. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited for over an hours in a crowded and uncomfortable waiting area. The staff at the reception desk were empty, no one was there to assist such kind of emergency patients. When I finally saw the doctor, the consultation felt rushed and impersonal. The doctor seemed distracted and did not take the time to thoroughly explain one my coluge was suffering heavy fever and she unable to stand herself after explained the problem to the doctor,he just shaked his head and runaway towards to another patient without giving any suggestions, very worst hospital in this area, never suggest to anyone's, spcealy in emergency case. Overall, my experience at Dhukle Hospital was deeply disappointing. The lack of organization, poor patient care, and unprofessional behavior of the staff left me disheartened. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their services. Until then, I would not recommend Dhukle Hospital to anyone in need of medical care. pathetic

For my whole life I never experience such treatment like they push me here and there as if I am some kind of material. I waited there for more than an hour just to get my body check up I didn't get a chance anyway Instead of check up I cry in that hospital and come back. Receptionist doesn't even care what I was wanting I was having fever for 3 days straight so Dukle's was the nearest hospital so i visit there . It will be blessing for you guys if you treat the patients little bit with polite
