This review is from my mom's experience with Cardiology Partners (Wellington and Palm Beach Gardens locations as the staff is the same at those locations). She is a patient of Dr. Baldari and has had the worst experience with the office staff and office management. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. When she has had doctor visit appointments to see Dr. Baldari, she would show up to her appointment and be seen by another doctor. This was NEVER relayed to her in advance. They would never let her know WHY her doctor couldn't see her in advance for her to make the decision whether or not she wanted to be seen by another doctor, based on her urgency. Their office allows all doctors to be up to date with all patients' information, HOWEVER, it should be up to the patient whether or not they want to be seen by another provider. As someone who used to work in a medical office, I FULLY agree that patients should be the ones to make the decision of what provider sees them. (my personal opinion & my mom's) She scheduled a procedure to be done in the PBG location and when she was to getting prepped, the nurse/technician had the wrong patient folder. I personally had gone with my mom to the procedure and immediately asked to double check that she got the right folder with the right information for this procedure. After the procedure, she had been in a lot of pain and called to be seen by Dr. Baldari immediately. She scheduled an appointment and when she arrived, she was told the Baldari was on "vacation." She was never advised in advance that he wasn't there. When she was told the he wasn't there, she rescheduled to another date. When she arrived to her rescheduled appointment for the intense pains she was having in her legs, she was told AGAIN that Baldari was on "vacation." She was seen by PA or NP (not sure which one) and they didn't even address her leg pain. All they did was check her heart. Nothing ever came from that appointment. Then, my mom had me call the PBG location to schedule another appointment, but they didn't answer at all. I ended up going to their location and they were closed even though it was 4pm and they close at 5pm. I called the next day and I explained the issue my mom was going through with the staff and they said the manager would call me. She tried to tell me that the appointments my mom scheduled were "follow-up" appointments, which was BS. I was with my mom when she tried to schedule these appointments and she explicitly stated that she was in pain and needed to be seen by HER doctor, Dr. Baldari. The manager was able to schedule an appt for her with Baldari the next day after her and I spoke. He saw her, FINALLY, and had her schedule a sonogram for today. The front staff called her this morning to CANCEL, not reschedule, her sonogram appointment. They said the person that does them is sick. How do you not have other techs that can do this? Or at least reschedule, but NOT cancel an important test to see what is going on with her leg after her procedure. She has finally given up on trying to reschedule more appointments. The staff are incompetent and don't understand what customer service means.

They are irresponsible, they play with patients' time, they make appointments and change them at their convenience without notifying the patients just to go home early... it is a terrible service and in the end they pass the blame from one side to the other so as not to take responsibility.

I've been a patient of Dr Shah for many years. He is a fantastic doctor who is thorough and never makes me feel rushed. Recently had to go to ER on a weekend. Called Dr Shah's after hours number and he took the time to call me back and talk thru my questions to help clarify things with the attending doctors at the hospital.

DO NOT schedule your appointment around lunch time. They DO NOT have staff to cover for the other person to take lunch. They WILL leave you sitting for an hour until staff comes back from lunch. Terrible way of running the office. Hire someone to cover for lunch and stop making people wait for them to come back while we are hungry, tired too. 3 hour wait in the waiting room its not a good way to get a 5 star.

I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday September 11 2024 , I had an appointment with doctor Pala while I was talking to the receptionist lady on the phone I heard she said " you are annoying " come on is this some kind of place you want to rely on???. That day I wasn't able to reschedule and to be honest I don't trust these people

TERRIBLE AT KEEPING ON TIME APPOINTMENTS!! I arrive 30 minutes AHEAD of scheduled appointments and STILL ARENT SEEN UNTIL 30 MINUTES OR MORE AFTER THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME!! Staff and doctors are nonchalant about it. #NOTRECOMMENDED

Check-in was fine. The medical assistant Brittany was cordial and thorough. Dr. was warm, engaging and quite knowledgeable. However my internist was not able to get through to the office when he tried on two different days. When it was time to schedule the required tests I was put in a room with three people on phones and computers ( with their backs to me). I sat for 25 minutes before I was taken care of. Then I was asked what tests I was having done. Thank god my memory was good and I stated what they were. Then told she could only schedule one and I had to go to another desk to schedule the other two. No one showed me where to go next. Asked another assistant and she pointed me in the right direction . They have lots of people working there and they all look super busy but the place is a zoo.

I saw Dr. Jean Foucauld Very sweet doctor attentive and was caring. Listen to me and drew a plan for me to get my situation underway. Lady with leopard all over her desk - very nice . No complaints . I drove from Juno beach to Wellington based off a referral from my primary. I'm happy with my choice to see this practice. The health portal is easy to navigate and all apt are listed there - times n dates. And other pertinent information. I give this office 5 stars for my first initial visit.
