Going thru Primary Health Check up facility at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, Okhla Road New Delhi is just wonderful experience . We couldn't feel that we are in hospital. Starting from Appointments given to us well in advance , cross checked the time slots a day before, reaching to opd building , security guards took care of our cars in parking slots, May I help desk officer guided us to PHC Centre. A warm greeting given to us with fresh smile by PHC Manager Ms Yamini and her associate Ms Megha. Our health check bills were done by Megha ji in very speedy manner. A detailed Check list were given to us for our all checkups. We were going thru all our test one by one in a robotic manner . AWESOME EXPERIENCE . Feeling like Arteficial Intelligence is embived in the whole process. All test were done in timely manner. Cafeteria experience was too good . Ek Dum fresh breakfast was served to us by Satyam . He was very much conscious of hygenic place and clean environment to dine . Wow what a wonderful place and experience We were surprised when Yamini ji called up to inform all your reports are ready individual docket and report Appointment is also fixed for everyone. Worst services you'll ever receive from a hospital. My mother, who was unable to move her head due to spine issue was on bed even before admission into the hospital was taken for an MRI scan in the hospital basement. Due to heavy rainfall, the entire basement was flooded because of severe leakage. To our shock, the lifts stopped working, and we were stranded in the basement for more than 2 hours with no help from hospital staff or nurses. This was highly unsafe and traumatic, especially for a patient in such a vulnerable state. During the stay, the ward staff showed poor coordination. They were unresponsive, offered no guidance about procedures, and were unwilling to help us understand the consultation or treatment flow. Also faced billing discrepancies and unjustified charges, for which I received no clear explanation.

I had a positive experience at this hospital. The staff was patient-friendly, kind, and always willing to help. From the reception to the medical team, everyone made sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. Their care and attention truly made a difference in my recovery. Highly appreciated and recommended!

Surgery was performed by Team Dr Shiv Kumar Choudhary on 10th July 2025. Before surgery, nearly 15-20 days ago, when I came with my family members for consultation,all the risk involved with Severe AS and options available before me for valve replacement along with their pros & cons were nicely explained by Dr Shiv Choudhary and at the same time was asked to select the procedure. TI was absolutely appalled by the abysmal cleaning and maintenance standards, and the staff members fell far short of my expectations. To make matters worse, the patient bed was broken, and despite my repeated requests for a replacement, they continued to ignore me. It's unbelievable that there were no spare beds available in the hospital!
