Dr. Dr. Vishal Rastogi | Best Interventional Cardiologist in Fortis Hospital | Okhla

Extremely bad experience with Dr Vishal and her junior assistant Pragya Rai. Never ever visit them. Full of arrogance, proud, lacks humanity and medical professionalism. One of Dr Vishal cousin asked me to consult him. I reached out to Dr Vishal but never mentioned that I am being referred by his family member only. After taking his medicine, the BP dropped severely low and I contacted Dr Vishal 's junior Pragya. Instead of helping for low BP, she rudely declined that low BP can happen(looks like she is new to medical world and doesn't know low BP is real) and asked us not to look much after the patient. No other help was provided. I reached out to Dr Vishal sharing the problem patient is facing during his treatment and his reply was: Go back to other doctor( astonished!) What type of doctor he is? If patient is facing any problem during the course of the treatment, to whom do we need to go and speak? Is it not the Dr responsibility to listen, understand the problem and provide the treatment. Have you ever seen a Dr who says: don't tell me problem you are facing else go to other Dr... Height of mis behaviour by the doctor and his junior. As someone rightly said in other review, these people consider themselves as God and doesn't want to listen anything. Cardio treatment is a long term. We need a doctor with human heart to understand patients problem and treat. Dr who asked the patient in between the treatment to go to other Dr because patient is facing problem with the medication, this shows a lack of medical professionalism . I will never recommend this Dr to anyone.

One of the best cardiologists. All dr.'s adviced bypass for my father, which was risky at age of 76 and it was the only way to save the life. By God Grace, one of frnd introduced Dr. Vishal and it is miracle that dr. successfully done angioplasty and saved my father w/o Bypass. Thanks to God, Dr Vishal, Dr. Roy Mathew & their entire team. Specially, dr. Roy was all time so supportive and build our confidence that I don't have words to express my gratitude for Dr. Vishal & Roy.
