Dr. Santom Hospital

Avoid if you can specially the emergency ward as all staff including doctor are busy watching their mobile. No bell to call nurse for patients and no one is careful enough to listen to call of patient. If management is reading this i strongly request them to review evening cctv footage

I delivered my baby here yesterday, and I'm incredibly thankful to Dr. Anupama Gupta for her exceptional care and expertise. She handled everything with such calmness, confidence, and compassion. The entire staff was very supportive, kind, and prompt. Grateful for the care.

I recently had an experience at Santom Hospital and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was courteous, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. I am very upset with lady guards. Noone comes hospitals in their good time. everyone whosoever is here suffering from some pain or come here to see someone who is in pain.They instruct us in a pathetic way when we ask them not to do this they started arguing.If we really want to have this behaviour we would have gone to government hospital

SIGN BOARD IS NOT VISIBLE VERY SMALL IN SIZE SO DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. ALSO ROAD CONDITION US NOT GOOD SLIPERY ROAD. LOT OF PATHHOLES AND BROKEN FROM MANY PLACES. CHANCES OF VEHICLE SLIP SPECIALLY TWO WHEELER ACCIDENT PRONE AREA DRIVE CAREFULLY

All services are the best here My daughter was admitted here from past 7 days everything thing is excellent Doctors and nursing staff was good. Good neat and clean rooms. Overall very satisfied with services. 1

In this hospital if your patient is in ICU so be careful these people do not use curtain in icu each patient can see another patient as well as the problem of another patient if someone (patient) dies in icu there is no privacy for other patient he/she has to watch whole scenario and get depressed if they shifted your patient to HDU there is no Monitor for patient in hdu the staff of this hospital doesn't even know for many hours that the patient is alive or not...such a careless staff.......

Bad experience. Worst and inexperienced staff. Don't even care about the patient.Not only me, talked to other patients also who were admitted during same time, they were also told that they had bad experience here at Rohini Sec-24 center.
