Extremely Disappointed with the Service I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff was unprofessional and poorly trained. The waiting time was ridiculous -- even in an emergency situation, I had to wait for hours before receiving any attention. Doctors seemed rushed and didn't take the time to properly explain my condition or treatment plan. Cleanliness was also a major issue -- the bathrooms were unhygienic and the wards were not well-maintained. Communication between departments was terrible, and there was no coordination. I had to run around for test reports and repeat the same information to multiple people. This is not the level of care anyone expects from a healthcare facility. I do not recommend this hospital and sincerely hope they improve their service, management, and attitude toward patients.

I had a very disappointing experience at JM Khera Hospital. The staff and faculty were unprofessional and showed a serious lack of care for patients. They made us wait for a long time, even in urgent situations. What's worse, they asked for payment upfront, but once that was done, the treatment was either delayed or done carelessly. There was no proper check-up or follow-up, and the overall attitude was careless and disorganized. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for responsible and timely medical care.

My baby is birth on this hospital in Aug 2023 no one apply birth certificate and now says u can apply online from mcd website and showing at home ur baby birth than round and round in hospital and affidavit sdm office and MCD OFFICE

We have query regarding tests his Respniost staff pick call and saying you can ask tomorrow. Disgusting service if we have urgently required or emergency problems. But they are reacting like this. No value of Humen being There is mention 24hr open but his staff sleeping at 8 pm. Very bad behavior this type. Change staff Hospital menas new life for someone but this type behavior not tolerated.

One of worst hospital i have ever seen in my life ...They were not even provide mineral water to the patient as well as they didn't provide me on time and also they were not cooperative with the patient..i kindly request everyone please do not visit this hospital they were not cooperative with the patient and even they did not provide timely cleaning of the room of the patient ..Please do not visit this hospital

I had a terrible experience at your hopital it feels like you guys are just robbing money from middle class people the charges are outrageous and not even explained properly .it unacceptable to take advantage of atients like this you really need to get your acts together and stop ripping people off
