Good hospital and maintaining its cleanliness and hygiene. Good services are provided here. Only one cons is:- it is located approx 3 km from nearest metro and less public transport facility is there. If someone will be, then they will charge high prices for just 3 km. But, overall good hospital and medical facilities.

I had an excellent experience at Narayana Health From the moment I walked in, I was treated with compassion, professionalism, and care. The doctors were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave me great confidence in my treatment. The coordinator was very attentive and always ready to help, no matter the time of day.

Completely non cooperative staff at admission counter. Have no sympathy with patient in acute pain. Did all the procedures/formalities without knowing availability of rooms (private room in my case) PATHETIC

Very thorough in his field of expertise.Listens to your symptoms first and then offers medical advise. Inspite of his heavy schedule, he gives each patient his time. Would recommend him anytime. Another plus point is the hospital and its staff. Very quick disposal and less waiting in lines. A special mention of Dr.Guptas secretary MS. SUNITA who is a through professional.
