Dr. Chawla is a gem of a person! I've been visiting him for 15 years, and his diagnostics are always spot on. He's incredibly experienced, kind and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is also helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Sad to see and say that my experience with them was ridiculous. I had booked for an ecg appointment via apollo app , the things I noticed there was that there was no sheet over the place where the ecg was done which is purely unsafe as many patients come there, despite asking for it they didn't do anything about it. Moreover the clips used for ecg were not maintained well and post ecg they didn't even provide extra tissue for clean up. After that too when asked for ecg reports they informed us to send it over watsapp which was not done whole day despite calling them and texting them over watsapp. This still can be overlooked but the place without sheet and ecg equipment which were not maintained makes people vulnerable to many health issues which cannot be overlooked. Though thought of getting this inspected but hope after this review they maintain suitable standards by which noone is prone to other health issues.

I had recently visited the diagnostic centre for my tests to be carried out and entire process was extremely smooth. The staff was patient, friendly and organised as well Dr. Nikhil Chawla who has sound understanding on the subject. He guided me well and I highly recommend the diagnostic centre for your checkups done because along with the tests the team is professional and you will be well taken care of. Thank you once again.

All the staff were very kind and nice to me. They also explained things to me about the procedures that they were doing. I have not met or been to any diagnostic centre like this. They really care about the patient.
