Dr. City Heart Hospital

Very good hospital, the behaviour of doctor is very professional and impressive. The way he explains to his client and patients is really admirable. My best friend was attacked by dengue and we came here for his treatment. During the process doctor supported us very well.

Arrogant & rude behaviour of 1 senior doctor who lacked basic etiquettes. Above average & caring treatment from ALL junior staff/attenders.it is money making hospital .

In my personal experience, this hospital is established not for treating patients but for making money. They asks patients with simple disease to get admitted and force them to stay for more than 4 days (per day 4000 charge). They also give overloaded glucose bottles (min. 6 to 10 per patient) and high power medicines doses to patients, that also causes long term health problems in patients. Example, for kidney stone patients (with small size stone like 6mm), they suggest for surgery or lazer treatment and charge upto 2 lakh for that. Hospital Nurses seems very less educated, because they don't even know which food or things to avoid if you are suffering from any disease (example, typhoid). Doctors are bit of rude and talks very harshly, if you are going there for out-patient (normal checkup) services, however the same doctors treat you like god if you admitted (in-patient care) in the hospital. Basically I am hugely disappointed with this hospital and its staff. This hospital should first focus on treating patients well with proper knowledge and care, instead of making money from them. Silvassa is not very rich city and here people are poor, so I would humbly request to this hospital and related staff to please consider my points and try to improve your hospitality services.

Very good hospital, Dr. Sagar is very knowledgeable Doctor, in 17th May 2021, my husband having cough and cold that pandemic time, Dr done some testing and x-rays, he said immediately advise to admit my husband, but some COVID facilities was not available in his hospital he refer another hospital nd ask to admit in 20min if we have to save his life.... Seriously we thought is it?? But as we went another hospital Dr. just checked spo2 and immediately admit my husband in ICU .. This is his 2nd life... He saves only because Dr. Sagar diagnose perfect and advice perfect.

I know Dr Sagar and had worked with before. He is a very competent and compassionate cardiologist and I am sure that thats the say from all his patients. He is passionate about medicine, an outstanding clinician and keep himself updated with the latest trends in cardiology. People at Silvassa are fortunate to have such a good physician and to be at their service. I wish him all the best!

City heart is a very good hospital with co-operative staff. Well maintained & multi speciality. Which saves visitor's time & money. Dr sagarsinh solanki sir is a so polite & give proper time for patient. So visit to hospital for best result...
