Service is good, but there is still room for improvement in the waiting time for the consultation visit and the behaviour of the staff towards the patients and their families. The feeling of service and empathy is missing in 50% of the staff sitting comfortably. Young Staff sitting on counters delay in providing the receipts and test results because they are mostly busy on calls or else distracted. I believe it will take time but a positive approach towards these issues can make a big difference. Thank you for the service provided by you.

The service is good and the staff is also very good. The behaviour of the staff is very good. The facilities are also very good. My family was very comfortable here.. but I have one complaint, they take very long to provide treatment, due to which the patient faces a lot of trouble...I request you to please provide the treatment quickly.
