Dr. Petals Children's Hospital

I was recently referred to the exceptional care at Petals Children Hospital, where my baby spent about a month in the NICU and 20 days in the mother nursery. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible doctors, particularly Dr. Puja Dhupar ma'am and Dr. Kuldipak Verma sir, who went above and beyond to ensure my baby's speedy recovery. Their dedication, expertise, and compassion were truly remarkable. The hospital staff were extremely cooperative, sweet-spoken, and provided wonderful hospitality. The environment was warm and welcoming, making a significant difference during a challenging time. I highly recommend Petals Children Hospital for their outstanding pediatric care and nurturing atmosphere. Thank you again to Dr. Puja Dhupa ma'am, Dr.Kuldipak Verma sir, and the entire team for giving me hope and peace of mind.

My brother received excellent treatment at the hospital. Dr. Pooja ma'am is experienced and well-qualified to handle critical cases. The overall management is good, and the staff is also supportive and well-behaved

The doctors are good but despite the appointment have to wait nearly 45 minutes every time (I have been here for two years now only because I value the doctor) which is heartbreaking especially when you have a sick crying baby. There is laziness and sloppiness from the staff who do not provide information completely about when the doctor will come for checking so you just have to wait without any option. Some respect for patient's time and pain is needed here. Professionalism is missing, respect for the work is absent and empathy for the child's pain is negligent. You cannot be a good doctor if you are not present when the patient (the child) needs you the most. It's appalling, it's definitely irresponsible and completely amoral and unethical.

All junior doctors no knowledge and experience. My kid (1.5 yr old) had minor injury in mouth. They have prescribed him lox gel used for anesthesia while catheter. Which have many side effects. After discussion with other doctor in same hospital they changed the medicine. So one should have to be alter with treatment in this hospital.

My experience with Petals Hospital was very positive. When my child's health deteriorated, I admitted him to Petals Hospital Raipur where Dr. Pooja Ma'am and the fellow doctors and staff tried their best to make him healthy. Thank you Petals Hospital team.

i had spend 3 days at hospital last month. rhe staff are so rud and mannerless to answer any questions :- in health insurance department there staff has so hars language to say people "kich-kich karte ho" "Bahar me likha hai pad Lo" type. in hospital service sector in front is type people sit and told people this language is so bad. :-also there is no any proper arrangements for parents who stay there of log time there bags spread in the stairs. there is no bath and washroom facility. Doctor are good and responsive on your questions and there give good treatment also.

Good hospital for children....my daughter is 3years old she got bacterial infection...we came to PETALS NEWBORN AND CHILDREN HOSPITAL....She overcome with this infection very soon...staff nurse also cool & supportive...all are good...good experience here.
