My father is admitted here because he is having difficulty in breathing. He stayed in ventilator for 3 days and now he has been shifted to ward no. 8, bed no. 36, the name of the patient is Narayan Prasad Sahu, after all the checkups everything is fine. But today the entire file is missing, the hospital management should take strict action against the staff responsible for this irresponsible behavior on immediate basis.
