So painful experience, waiting outside OPD almost 4 Hour still waiting no idea kab number Aayega. No management nothing. Even AC AND Air Cooler is not available. Lots of People waiting including me with my 3 year kids.

My mother's spine surgery (decompression and fixation) perfomed by Dr kuldeep Singh. Surgery well performed by doctor and their team.my mother is recovering fast. And hopefully everything will be fine . She will be able to walk again without pain. Overall Good experience nursing staff is also good. But patients foods need to be improved and very important in hospital dormatry are necessary for patients family members for staying.

On 08.05.2025 My father Mr Gurminder Singh was admitted late night in Cardiac ICU of Arogyam Hospital as he faced Cardiac Arrest few hours back. Hospital team have acted promptly to stabilise his conditions and were in touch with Dr Akash Bakshi (Cardiologist) throughout the night. Through given medication my father was at ease by morning. Next morning Dr Bakshi performed various diagnosis and very precisely told us about the causes of Cardiac Arrest and further action that needs to be taken. He is not only a very honest and experienced doctor but also very humble and understanding in nature. He had shared information which are precise in respect to my father conditions and accurately told us the correct future actions to be taken for resolving the issue with all pros and cons. I will like to thank Dr Akash Bakshi and his team of Cardiology department for saving my father's life. At the time of emergency in regards to Cardiac Arrest (Heart Attack) Dr Anand Bakshi and Aarogyam Hospital is the go to place in Bhilai/Durg.

My husband's PCNL surgery was done by Dr.N.R.Daruka at Aarogyam Superspeciality Hospital Durg. I'm grateful to the doctor and his whole medical team who had processed the surgery successfully. Special thanks to the nurses and housekeeping staff for their treatment, care and support. Thanks to the TPA section (Mr. Verma) for his help .All are very humble and cooperative . Overall it's a nice experience.

4 Star for * Hospital infrastructure * Staff behaviour ( Nurses, Security, Bluecollars, Ward boys, Pharmacist, Canteen owners) * Doctors connects well with the patients in a very well manner, especially local Chhattisgarhi people. * Cleanliness * Feels like a Hotel more than a Hospital (Deluxe room) -1 Star for * A bit costlier for middle and working class which is the major affected population( but is negligible in front of facilities). * A doctor in Casualty during night time, his behaviour was not well. The way he talked to my family members, if I were there, you would have taken him to casualty as an emergency case. * Please take this in consideration otherwise this can lead to -5 Star rating. * General ward system can be developed better, the guardians of the patients in general ward faces a lot of problems. It is a very bad experience. The doctor is sitting inside. A lady staff is sitting with him for the last one hour and it is 3 in the afternoon since 10 in the morning. No one is answering properly and no one is supporting. My uncle who is about 80 years old is tired of sitting. It is a very bad experience, I will not refer anyone for treatment in this hospital.

Lack of management and co-ordination, no proper facilities for the patients. Only a few floors have water dispensers. To save money they've installed slower lifts that are unable to serve the purpose one has to wait a lot for the lift to come. Very compact space almost half of the patients have to stand because of inadequate seating. And not forget their cooling system. Doctors have their air conditioning but for the patients duct is installed which is of no use. Over-all an uncomfortable experience even after spending the same amount of fees as compared to better hospitals.
