Dr. VY Hospital

My mother was admitted here, and we had a very good experience. The doctors were skilled and caring, and the nursing staff was very supportive. Clean environment and well-managed services. Thank you to the entire hospital team for taking such good care of her.

It is foolish to go here.Do not get any treatment done using Ayushman Card. There is no package for the treatment done and the disease for which it was treated.And forget the pharmacy guy because he is your boss and he reacts as if he is the real doctor. Medicines are credited in the name of treatment using Ayushman card.And the doctors fool the patient by making provisional bills instead of the final bill and running around in the name of discount.

Worst hospital !! Careless doctors not even discuss what is actual problem with the patient !!! Only focused on making money!!! Please never visit !! if you want your patient to be dead then only admit your patient into this morgue

Dr. Vishnu Gupa sir is an excellent and compassionate doctor. My experience at VY Hospital was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended for quality care.

There is a need to increase the number of staff like ward girls. In their absence, many times the attendant has to change the clothes of the patient and even take her the washroom alone, which is very inconvenient and risky.

Worst hospital,no timings of rounds of doctors,not a penny percent value of patients health and life,only money making motive !! Worst ever hospital seen !! Washroom are full of dirt waste of ciggerate and tobacco,after taking money they also not take gurantee of anything !!

Very very short staffed. Could not give me an instant wheelchair on the entry. When they gave and took me to the doctor - they said he can't attend me because they forgot to tell me that a file is to be made first. After the file was made, still the doctor couldn't see me as the junior doctor asked for an x-ray for which the billing took half and hour. The wheel chair attendant left me saying there are other patients to see and was clueless when I asked who will attend me then! X Ray people couldn't understand that I was in a state where I could barely sit and would rather leave than waiting. Hygiene is pathetic as construction was going on in the hospital with patient's around. Things like tile tile cutting which was filling the environment with dust. The staff doesn't even have a standard uniform - they are working in casuals. Shoes are being worn everywhere - even local clinics don't allow that. An attendant left half way telling my family member "aap hi le jao" I came here because of Doctor Saxena. But he couldn't support me because they said the MRI would take 4 hours. Forgot to mention they do not have a standard X-Ray machine where the X-Ray happens and then you see it on the screen. They take a cassette to the neighbouring room see it and rush back to tell you to shift a little. And this is continued at least 4-5 times. I'm seeing the doctor at his personal clinic now.

Worst experience..... Only money making mindset ....never ever visit this hospital..... nurses behaviour so rude in icu and sdu unit ....they try to hold on patient after cure so that they make money... Dr always recommends unnecessary test ....not at all satisfied.... instead of visiting here please visit AIIMS their doctor are well educated
