    This Hospital charge crazy amount of money for small treatments. The doctor will not give you any of the reports. Govt hospitals are better than this. Staff behaviour and knowledge is not good here. Never ever go to this hospital

    Amazing Care, Insurance Process was seamless, though a little time taking because of approvals nd all. Nurses and staff are well trained. Just one suggestion please enable Wifi for patients and their attendees too, not everyone has the luxury of taking breaks from their work.

    Worst hospital. Normal pain ke liyh ICU me dal dete hai. Aur phir uska billing amount limit se jyda additional amount add hota h jabar jasti ka bill badhte hai. Doctor ka visit fees every day lete h Dr. Visit le aayh yh na aayh. Billing counter exceed bill bna kr deposite krwa lete h amount. Also including paper documents chargers r including per day 2000 only for Diagosis paper and many more amount will be added which is not justified.

    Hi world , this hospital is do very irresponsible treatment and Doctor's visit only one time in 24 Hours and no one can give proper information about patient even Medical reports and bills also not given to patient upto discharge. If we want to medical documents, staff say first you can write to letter to management once management accept and agreed to your application then we will provide your documents..When reports came to staff and result also normal report but staff will always say doctor will be come tomorrow and checked your patient health condition then we will take further treatment.. Actually this hospital is private and prices also High but why doctor will not able to check patient reports upto 24-48 hrs . We see this hospital treatment process..

    I had a terrible experience at this hospital. There was no proper treatment given to the patient, and we were made to wait for a long time without any clear updates or support. Despite the lack of care, they charged us a huge amount with no proper explanation. They did not even provide the patient's medical reports or any kind of presentation about the treatment. It felt like their only priority was to extract as much money from us as possible, not to actually help the patient. I strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing this hospital. It was mentally, emotionally, and financially exhausting.

    Good hospital, nurse and doctor behaviour is also good. Settlement team is not up to the mark. I was having cashless bill so they didn't ask me if any medicine or wipes diapers is there which has to be returned which they have given at the time of admission. Directly called me when bill got settled from TPA and when I went to medical to return they said bill is already closed we can't do anything. So misinformation about the medicines purchased and return process. Even after asking since day 1 how could we return medicine I got reply last day you can do that. When all these happened TPA said it's not our duty and nurses said was it there inside the drawer? So I could only laugh about these mistakes.

    Radiology staff and doctors are very rude with patient. They always try to avoide work and miss behave with patient. Govt. Hospitals and doctors are better then sparsh in bhilai.
