Very bad management for patients waiting to see the doctor. Staffs are not very professional, behaving like amateurs and living in their own world. I had my appointment and waited around 2 hours just to find out that. my file was not even with the doctor and was somewhere else. Even I inquired 3 times before with the staffs and they were like if your file is inside your name will be called. I think the hospital should work on the management and hire more professional staffs who knows what to do. Very bad experience with this hospital.

Very good hospital all staff well maintained Moduler OT facility All staff are good behaviour Well maintained emergency ICU general ward & pharmacy .

Too much expensive hospital according to location management teams aree making loot from the people and totally waste of money ....in COVID period recovery rate was very poor according to people's opinion it was 0% of recovery rate ...... After looting money from patient they were giving dead body to the relatives of COVID 19 patient......this hospital's motto is only making money Reply for ur comment__ -No i don't need to correct my data i think u should participate in some survey means real survey.....on the performance of ur hospital ....what is the actual actual truth? And what are the observations about this hospital. You are Really looting people's money.... Like white collar thieves

Best hospital in Raxaul for all treatment and staff behaviour is awesome

SRP is the Worst hospital I have ever seen. They are looting the hard eraned money of poor people by doing corruption in billing of the hospital. Government should take necessary action against these thugs.

Don't waste your money and time. It's very bad when i arrived this hospital with my pasient i realised every time doctor says test but pasient treatment no effect any medicine,you know that my pasient go early 1.5 year hospital go 15 time but all time same test and High pricelist medicine provide but no any effect so. I decided Move this hospital

This is the best hospital which I have ever seen. With good facilities, well behaviour doctors, and proper treatment, this hospital became the perfect one here. I don't have words to explain its qualities... Just amazing this is.............
