Dr. Galaxy Hospital & Heart Care Centre

My sincere advice to public don't go to this hospital. Very pathetic condition, they are so called dedicated heart hospital but giving only false reports. My father visited in emergency in this hospital for chest pain that was not due to cardiac conditions it was due to non cardiac cause . But this hospital RMO and even the md Dr BN Kumar has falsely make the report and told all my relatives that it is cardiac arrest and u have to admit urgently in icu. But I being a doctor with my instinct didn't admit my patient and visit to other hospital and surprisingly all reports were with in normal limits no cardiac arrest / MI . It was due to gastric conditions. So dear public of purnia plz don't visit this hospital. They are only there to make money , not giving proper treatment and they don't have any sentiments with the patient.

Unfortunately I had to take my father to this hospital on 5th January because the other doctors were unavailable since it was a Sunday. Had to stay in this hospital for 4 days with some unforgettable experience. Dr. B N Kumar, MD of the hospital is a crook and a screwed businessman. He just kept my father in ICU for 4 days without any treatment except an injection of 30K. He did tropinon I test 6 times with my consent, each test amounting to Rs 1200 and didn't gave me a proper report for those test. I would advice you to not to go to this hospital. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Worst hospital in purnia . My patient was injured and have brain hemorrhage they admited her in icu immediately and kept her for 8 days no improvement. At the time they admit her she was fully ok she was talking,opening eyes,responding to everything but a bit hemorrhageand after 4 days she was in soo bad condition and unable to talk doctor B. N Kumar told she is ok but he don't even consultant a neurosurgeon. My patient is ok in patna and she told me that nurse gave her sleeping medicine and keep dirty diapers near hear and if she complain about it they abuse her. They don't even feed her properly. No hygiene. One patient get double dose of sleeping medicine and become very serious bp 110+ . Please don't come here.

Very bad doctor and manager behaviour of doctor and staff of hospital is very dirty....

All facilities are there ! Doctors are available here 24 hour... All staff and nurses are very polite. Dr. B N Kumar is very kind and specialist. I recommend to visit here . All the bad reviews are fake here . Please first visit the hospital and judge .

I lost my mother on April 14, 2024. She stopped responding after being admitted to the ICU. Before her admission, she could talk and walk without any assistance.
