I had a wonderful experience at this orthopedic clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything with patience and clarity. Their approach was not only professional but also very compassionate, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. I'm truly grateful for the care and support I received. This hospital not for emergency, because their entire team is not proactive.Doctor not available,they came after call from hospital .This hospital is totally run through the agent system.

Services are good. Need to improve some services like cleaning basically on urinal, providing pans to the patient on time etc. Washroom and entire rooms should be pest controlled that's very important on hygiene front, need to concentrate on small issues nothing major. Else all good very well managed and cooperative staffs and their hospitality. Keep it up thanks to Operations incharge Dheeraj and Operations Manager Sangeeta. Cheers.

Mr Lala Prasad Rajak- My grandfather was admitted in shri Sai Heart Hospital. I am very happy with the service, doctors and staff behaviour. Now I am discharged today after 1 week treatment.

This hospital works on manage services model hence no proper timing of visiting doctors. No clarity on timing to meet doctors. Some times need to wait 3-4 hrs also entire day. Medical shop is not giving medicine to patients until unless attendant does come. Since no facilities to stay then how it is possible for attendant to present all the times. I was ready to give advance but they are asking for cash not online. It is very bad. This hospital is having no facilities like pantry even no small space and attendant stay who are coming with patients. Room charges are quite larger as below: General ward -1800/day Room 4000 and 5000/ day. Patients who are going there please take care of accommodation and food other wise it is very difficult to manage. Overall doctors are knowledgeable but no proper routine which will help attendant get more visibility. Hope management will look this issue.

All facilities just like ground staff, Receptionist, ward boy and Doctors are very coperative. I can't face trouble according to my patient treatment. .. My patient comes for install pacemaker here and all treats are good .. I wish if any body face this type of trouble can't think ,just plan to visit Sri sai Heart hospital and take good treatment and feel comfortable. ... My patient name - Manikant Acharya..
