Dr. Jay Prabha Medanta Super Specialty Hospital, Patna

I went for my father treatment on 25 March 2025. Stay for 3 days in 3 bed sharing room. Very near and clean hospital, rooms. Doctor listen patient properly. OPD doctor gave approx 15 min time and then suggested treatment. Insurance team is very helpful. You can keep your luggage in the locker room, it is available for 24 hr free of cost. The security guard and internal transport team are very helpful. Overall a nice experience.

The hospital is very aesthetically pleasing from the inside and out both and is doing a great job on keeping the areas clean and neat

As much as doctors are good here, administration is inefficient at best. Rude and unreasonable people at admissions and most of billing counter are empty even at peak of day. They expect people stand and plead to them to get even simple bill details.

I lost my 70-year-old mother due to the utter negligence and inhumane treatment by Medanta Hospital, Patna. What was supposed to be treatment ( open heart surgery - CABG) turned into a nightmare. The surgeons treated her like a lab experiment--performing multiple unnecessary surgical cuts that later got infected during her hospital stay. Their handling of her case was careless, brutal, and insensitive. To cover up their mistakes, they pushed for another so-called "minor procedure" which led to her being put on a ventilator. That was the beginning of the end. For nearly two months, she suffered immensely under their so-called "care." Their mismanagement and lack of medical ethics cost my mother her life. What adds to the pain is the money and trust we lost during this horrible journey. Instead of healing, their treatment caused her more pain, more complications, and ultimately her death. No accountability. No compassion. No justice. I sincerely warn others--think twice before putting your loved ones in the hands of this hospital. For us, it was a place of pain, not healing. They took my mother from me

Doctors are knowledgeable and humble when compared to doctors of any other hospitals. Facilities are far better than any hospitals in varanasi. The hospital is clean and the ambiance is nice. Everything is systematic. Doctors give proper time to each patient.

Worst hospital... poor management in everything. 1. You have to use the lift. To go to any floor, even if you want to go to the first floor, you have to use the lift and the stairs are closed and it takes us 5 to 10 minutes to wait for the lift.. 2. Billing process is very slow. It takes them at least 5 minutes to generate a bill and you have to wait in a long queue. 3. Billing staffs , lift staffs are so rude and misbehaved.. they don't guide us properly. You have to search everything by your own. 4. And the doctors.. they don't think about patient's problem or health.. they will prescribe you medicine and tones of test, that's it 4.
