Very bad experience This place is a complete fraud. None of the staff work properly -- not even the doctors. They are all careless. Despite having an Ayushman card, money was still taken. ERCP was failed once, and even for the second attempt, money was taken again. No receipt was given for the extra charges. They also asked us to buy medicines ourselves -- and those were extremely overpriced, up to 10 times the actual cost. I will never suggest anyone to come to this hospital again. And I will file a case against the extra money that was taken.

This World most Thug Hospital in Patna They are selling medicine in name of treatment they daily ask to purchase the medicine worth 25000 Rs which medicine is compulsory to purchase from their own hospitals chemist shop outside medicine they won't accept same medicine available for Rs 1600 Rs outside but they charge from thier hospital pharmacy shop 11000 Rs they are looting the patients hospital staff behaviour is very rude they behave like we are servant to them proof in attachment here please check and decide.

I have admitted my guardian in ICU after that he has transferred to ward also. The charge of bed only in both are 6500 and 2500 respectively. Which is too high according to services provided. Also compulsary dietician and diet provided to the patient is Rs. 500 per day (too high) according to quality wise and no dietician is available. I think this hospital is suitable only for high class family.

I had a very disappointing experience at the hospital. I visited for an infection treatment under Dr. Deepak (Gastroenterologist). The doctor was unavailable on Saturday, but I was neither informed in advance nor was there any mention in the reports that doctors do not consult on Saturdays. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM, but as of 3:27 PM, the doctor is still not present. My prescribed medication ended on Friday, leaving me without treatment for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. This kind of carelessness or mismanagement is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting.

Very worsted hospital in patna,, some bed side staff behavior very bad, and some very well experienced, but some staff gossip that there salary not come in proper time then he/she not able to wark properly in hospital, they used slang language *** to there management system,and this time my anty admitted in general ward she want to urinal, but nursing staff are sitting on the chair bt not come and not inform any GDA staffs , it's very bad.
