Unfortunate Experience at Jay Prabha Medanta Super Specialty Hospital, Patna. I'm sharing my distressing experience with Medanta Hospital, where my father received treatment. As a post-transplant patient, he required careful attention, but unfortunately, the care fell short. The hospital's priorities seemed skewed towards billing rather than patient well-being, with frequent requests for payment taking precedence over treatment. The ICU team, led by *Dr. Ambrin Badar and Dr. Prabhat Kumar*, appeared to be casual in their approach, lacking accountability. My father was on a ventilator for 3-4 days and recovered, but before being shifted to a regular ward, he was left with central lines, which led to pneumonia and ultimately contributed to his passing. The attending doctor, *Dr. Deepak Kumar,* was often absent due to vacations, disrupting care continuity. The lack of accountability and consistent care was concerning. Sadly, we lost my father in law due to suboptimal treatment. Think twice before opting for the Jay Prabha Medanta Super Specialty Hospital, Patna.
